Where we ship

We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. International shipping is coming soon.

Delivery rates

Orders under 200 AED — 25 AED
Orders of 200 AED and above — Free

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Saturday and Sunday, are dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days.

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman — usually next working day
Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain — 1 to 2 working days
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain — up to 2 working days

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will contact you on the number provided at checkout. Please make sure your address includes a building name or nearby landmark — incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delay in the UAE.

If delivery fails after two attempts, your parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A second 25 AED delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
