RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our promise
If it doesn’t fit the way you hoped, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging
What we can’t accept:
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Sale items are [final sale / eligible for exchange only].
How to return:
1. Email info@wrpdbynat.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm and send return instructions within [1–2] business days.
3. Post the item back to us. Return & Exchange is free of charges].
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Original shipping charges are [non-refundable / refunded].
Exchanges
Once we received the item, we’ll deliver the new size within [1-2] business days.
Notes:
- The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — this way you don’t wait on stock.
Faulty or incorrect items:
- If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
